These terms govern text messages sent by Call Catcher, the missed call text back service operated by Reyna House AI for its own business line and for participating local service businesses.

Program description

When you place a phone call to a participating business and the call goes unanswered, you receive one automated text message from that business acknowledging your missed call and asking what you need. Any further messages are replies within that same conversation between you and the business.

Consent

By calling a participating business at its published phone number, you consent to receive the missed call acknowledgment text described above. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties; no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one message per missed call, plus any replies in that conversation.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Reyna House AI does not charge you to receive messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
